Welcome

MOMS Club of Madison - Southwest is the local chapter of a national organization of Moms Offering Moms Support. Are you new to the area? Are you a new mama? Are you looking to hangout with other local mamas? Are you looking for fun things to do with your kids? If so, we hope you'll join us!

The MOMS Club® was created in 1983 by at-home mama, Mary James. Wanting to find other at-home mamas with children for her children to play with, Mary started the MOMS Club. Due to its resounding success she and other volunteers have helped start MOMS Clubs across the U.S. and around the world. Today there are over 1,500 chapters in the U.S. and over 100,000 members.

The MOMS Club® Goals
  • To provide a support group for mothers who choose to stay at home to raise their children
  • To provide a forum for topics of interest to mothers • To help children in the community • To perform at least one service project yearly helping needy children
  • That, for women who choose it, raising children is an important and fulfilling full-time job
  • That a family's decision for a mother to stay at home to raise the children often involves considerable financial sacrifice
  • That there is no one right way to raise children, but our members have a common concern in raising their children in a healthful way
The MOMS Club® Principles
  • That women must be free to choose their personal path to fulfillment
